  Young Dawgs Summer Program

July 2009 Summer Program Closing Ceremony (Winners of Presentation and Essay Contests)

Calendar of events

The Young Dawgs Summer Program is a partnership between The University of Georgia, the Clarke County school district, and Athens/Clarke Leisure Services.

The Young Dawgs Summer Program is created for fourteen-, fifteen-, and sixteen-year-old students. Each potential apprentice completes a week-long career services training program during his/her spring break, then interviews for the summer positions.

If you would like to help in the effort, please contact Judy James, UGA Faculty and Staff Career Services at jjames@uga.edu or 706-542-7363.
