CANCELLATION
POLICY
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please submit your cancellation requests via email to: training@uga.edu and include your name and contact information, class date, and class title.
For seminars with an associated fee:
- If you cancel at least 5 business days prior to class date, the seminar fee will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel less than 5 business days prior to class, or do not attend the class, the class fee will be charged in full.
- These fees are NOT transferable to future workshops. You may send someone in your place; please notify us of the substitution prior to class.
For seminars without an associated fee:
- We require AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class, you may be considered a "no show".
NO-SHOW
POLICY
If you are enrolled in and then do not attend a class without contacting us to cancel your enrollment, you are considered a no-show.
For seminars with an associated fee:
- If you cancel less than 5 business days prior to class, or do not attend the class, the class fee will be charged in full.
For seminars without an associated fee:
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to class, or to not attend class, your department will be contacted and you may be charged a nominal materials fee to cover unnecessary costs incurred for your absence.
LATE
ARRIVALS
Please arrive early to allow time to check in. Call us (706)542-7062 as soon as possible if you will be late for a class. Failure to call in advance may result in your space being forfeited to a standby wait-listed registrant. Because many classes cannot accommodate late arriving participants, we reserve the right to deny you admittance to late participants.
