AD&D Insurance
In addition
to the regular life insurance policy, which has
an accidental death and dismemberment clause, you
may purchase extra accidental death and dismemberment
insurance for yourself and your family at a low
group rate.
AD&D coverage is available in multiples of $25,000;
from $25,000 to $500,000. Premiums for this coverage
are deducted from your payroll check.

Enrollment
If you desire coverage under this plan, you must
enroll within 31 days of employment or during the
annual enrollment period.
 New employees should select the HR Connection button and print the HRconnection guide for new employees, then go to the HRconnection Web site. 
Current employees who wish to make changes or update beneficiary information should select the HRconnection button and print the HRconnection guide for current employees, then go to the HRconnection Web site.
