This Web site provides a summary and detailed information the various insurance plans offered by the University of Georgia, allowing employees to select options best suited for their needs and those of their eligible dependents.

arrow Go to the Savings and Retirement Options

Use the UGA MyBenefits@UGA system to:

- Enroll for benefits for the first time
- Add or change AD&D beneficiary information
- Review current benefit elections

If you have a LIFE EVENT CHANGE, review the Change Guide for current employees and follow the instructions.

BENEFITS ELIGIBILITY - per Board of Regents policy effective January 1, 2012:

  • Employees who work a minimum of 75% time in one or more "regular" positions are eligible for all health and welfare benefits listed below.
  • Employees who work at least 50% but less than 75% time in one or more "regular" positions are eligible for retirement and leave benefits.
  • Employees who work in "temporary" positions (any % time) are not eligible for health and welfare benefits or leave accrual.
